Hello tech friends! So, I’m sure it’s pretty clear that I love technology - I mean I created a blog dedicated to the topic after all but I got to thinking today about all of the technology I have consumed over the years and all of the technology I consume on a daily basis. Consequently, todays blog post is a little left wing of me but I’m having one of those days where I sit and reflect on life and  I thought I would record my observations on here - sometimes it is good to look at things from a different perspective after all, something that technology undoubtedly allows us to do!

Anyway, I consume a lot of technology and it really does dictate my every move and thought process. I mean this is of course one of the wonderful things about technology, the fact that it so diverse, so helpful, so powerful and so intuitive but sometimes my primeval instincts takeover and I just want to turn my back on anything technology related. Don’t worry I’m not going crazy! I just  think sometimes in order to appreciate what man has created and been able to achieve we should take a minute, turn off all of our technology and just sit back and take it all in. I just think sometimes we can lose sight of what’s real and what’s not. We often become unable to function properly without being able to switch on a machine, a screen, or whatever.  We become unable to trust our own instincts because we rely so much on our electronic friends. I guess what I am trying to say is that we need to get a balance in life – use technology to enhance our lives, to develop and progress rather than allowing it to dictate our every move.
